Youth Gatherings Canceled Temporarily!

We will not be having any youth gatherings until we have a meeting with the parents of the church. Apologies but we're making things better! Thank you for your patience.

Youth Gathering 1/17/2024

Last week we started back up our youth gatherings, we won't have one tomorrow but nonetheless.

It was a great gathering, we read 3 days in the book "Built Different" by Gabe Poirot.

We had pizza which was of course very good, had a lot of fun.

We read about grace, how God's grace is given to us as a free gift. We receive it as a free gift because Jesus paid for it with his life on the cross, we are redeemed by the blood shed on the cross.

Youth Gathering 12/20/2023

Last night was absolutely wild! We had a Christmas decorations scavenger hunt, this was so much fun.

My team found this one house that had almost all the items on our list and it was great, we found ALL of what we were looking for.. except for ONE.. a santa decoration on a roof.

So, unfortunately we did not win.. but it's not our fault they got as easier list.

Youth Gathering 12/6/2023

Last Wednesday we had a great youth gathering, great turnout after the incredible announcements on Sunday. Thank you to everyone who showed up!

We had S'mores, pizza, it was just overall such a great time! So we did that then we went inside to read. We read several days out of "Built Different," a wonderful book written by the wonderful Gabe Poirot.

Youth Gathering 7/29/2023

Last night was wild! We had such a great time gathering, we had some hotdogs, chips, s'mores, all that kinda stuff! It was such a fun time, great discussions, questionable joking, it was just such a great time overall despite the small group. Which is why y'all gotta start coming out here with us! Youth Gathering 11/8/2023

Hey guys! We just had an awesome gathering, we celebrated my birthday, I got "lifted up in prayer" which was such a fun disaster!

We had an awesome discussion, we read from a great book we will be studying called "Built Different" by Gabe Poirot. An amazing, young dude who is being led by God to reach this younger generation!

Youth Gathering 10/25/23

Last Wednesday we had a great gathering of which we discussed a few things, the primary topic being about justice, social norms, stuff along those lines.

A highlight is we got onto a discussion regarding sympathy vs empathy, sympathy isn't entirely real, it's kind of a facade you could say. A quick pat on the back. Empathy, you truly feel and understand cause you've either been there

Last night we had such a great time of hanging out, eating, worship, prayer, it was just overall a great time!

Last night we had a youth gathering, unfortunately nobody but God showed up. But that's all we need! We sung songs, we prayed over the church, it was a good time!

Sunday Night Youth Gathering 8/27/23

Yesterday we had a great time with some of our youth!

We had some time for some worship, then we got in the van and left for the movie theatre. Unfortunately, not everyone was able to go but we still had a good group. Sunday Night Youth Gathering 8/20/23

End Of Book Of Job Study

Last Wednesday night we ended our 7 week long study on the book of Job, just in time for Stellar VBS!

I haven't been able to write these articles for every week, but it has been a great study. It has gotten very deep, we've had some great laughs, and to our knowledge; we have all gotten something out of it. So anyways!

Wednesday Night Book Of Job Study 6/28/23

Last Wednesday we had a great discussion about the book of Job, chapter 3.

So for context, at the end of chapter two Job's friends hear of his troubles and so they go and they sit with him for seven days. Not saying anything, just being there. We discussed that they did this as it was Hebrew tradition known as "Shiva" or "Sitting-Shiva" where they would sit with someone who is mourning, for seven days straight.
