Biblical Teaching - teaching God's word with integrity and authority so that seekers find Christ and believers mature in Him;

2 Timothy 3:16.

Cultural Relevance - communicating truth in a way that people who aren't like us can understand; with an emphasis on youth and children. 

If you help a young person you don't have to repair an adult. 

Community with Purpose - healthy networks of small groups. 

The bigger we get the smaller we get.

ministered to and love one another;

Prayer Focused - prayer is communicating to God;

interceding on behalf of others and the world;

Ephesians 6:18.
